Catholic Church Spreads Fear (more, again)

This one is almost hard to believe, and I hope it is a hoax, but certainly outrageous enough to be real.
The Sun is reporting that “A catholic leader has claimed condoms are infected with HIV deliberately.”
It’s bad enough to insist on abstinence programs that needlessly result in unwanted pregnancies and STDs - but to scare poorly educated people with by saying a device that may well save their lives and stem an epidemic will actually cause HIV is disgusting.
This world doesn’t need the Catholic church.

I wouldn’t be surprised. I mean look at what the religious leaders over in Africa have done by condemning the use of condoms in the place where AIDS is the most rampant. It’s sickening.
